ShoptheTriminator ("us" "we" or "ShoptheTriminator") appreciates your business.  Your satisfaction is important to us. That is why we offer a generous return policy. You may return new, unused products purchased from us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • New, unused products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.  You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to ShoptheTriminator. We will not accept the return of used or damaged products.

 

Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is processed by our Returns Department. It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution and service center.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To return a product:

  • Create an RMA for your order by contacting our returns department.
  • Once you have your RMA number, you can write it down on a piece of paper and place it inside of the return package.
  • Also, please write the RMA on the outside of your package. Doing both of these helps insure the return gets processed correctly.
  • Ship your return to the address provided by the returns department.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For some shipments ShoptheTriminator.com may arrange shipping for the customer, however the cost of return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.  ShoptheTriminator is not responsible for lost, damnaged or destroyed merchandise on any shipments.
